It’s two thirds refrigerated van and one third utility truck is our van, always a spare somewhat for that emergency something..
The truth is, the planning has started the moment you email us. We love new wedding catering enquiries, and if we are available, we still get genuinely excited about the prospect of working with another couple to design their perfect wedding breakfast and plan the best day imaginable. down to fine details, timings and individual requirements, we believe that the difference lies within the detail..
That’s why you’ll only ever deal with either Alex our head chef for anything food related, or Sian our Maître d and wedding and event planner for any logistical purposes, or those personal details.
Planning will include consultation to produce the perfect wedding menu, a full tasting of your wedding menu, just to make sure it’s as perfected as you have hoped! And as many emails and phone calls as it will take with Sian to get every minute detail locked into your individual specification document.
On the day of your wedding our worklists will be written and rewritten, ticked off and notes added. Just to double ensure that nothing is forgotten and everything goes perfectly smoothly and to plan.
