I use pork from Dingley Dell in Suffolk for my hog roasts, a member of the RSPCAs Freedom Foods Scheme for over 10 years. The meat is incredibly succulent, and delicious and the crackling snappy and crunchy pretty much all over the pig!

The following options are available…

Option 1

Traditional hog roast.

With handmade soft white rolls, apple sauce, and sage and onion stuffing

Option 2

Posh hog roast.

With a selection of artisan rolls, roasted apple sauce, prune, thyme and chilli stuffing, apple coleslaw, mustards and homemade ketchup.

Option 3

Spit pig and salad.

From our B.B.Q menu choose any 4 salads, 4 dips and 2 types of bread to accompany your delicious piggy

Option 4

Spit roast pork.

With roasted new potatoes and red onions, braised red cabbage, green beans apple sauce, and adnams gravy

Option 5

Spit roasted pig.

With fennel and potato gratin, baked wild and field mushrooms, roasted pears and pancetta and seasonal greens

Option 6

Jerk marinated spit roast pig.

Soft white rolls, sweetcorn and chilli relish

Rice and peas, coleslaw, leaf salad and mac ‘n cheese
