For a less formal, but equally tasty and exciting wedding breakfast option, BBQ’s are an excellent way of feeding your guests lots of delicious food in a relaxed, sociable way.
Whether you are thinking of classic tasty burgers, or hot dogs, a whole spit roasted pig or lamb, shrimps and fish, chicken or duck, we marinade, jerk,char and baste like the best of ’em.
Our prices include a wide choice of salads, breads and dips, and we guarantee lots and lots of food for you and your guests to really feast on.
We use only trusted local butchers, who in turn, where possible only use trusted local farms, from whole pigs from Dingley dell in Suffolk to duck from Gressingham, chicken from Banham, and Lamb from the estate where we are based here at Hoveton. We believe that the first rule of creating great catering, lies with the farmers, and the produce, our fishmongers, are renown as some of the best in East Anglia, and our greengrocer, uses only the freshest, tastiest local wherever possible products.
We make all our own burgers, source only the best local sausages, have researched extensively for the best marinade and rub recipes, oh yes, and we also only use handmade buns and breads from our trusted artisan baker.
It’s up to you how we serve your BBQ, either from a centrally served table or plated by our chefs, our most favoured is where we serve every salad and side option to each table, (like a mini buffet on every table) and then silver serve the meat and fish hot from the BBQ to each guest, this way guests interact, sharing and serving, the silver service by our expert team adds a touch of glamour!
